What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms
• Build and execute comprehensive automated test suites that ensure product reliability
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to integrate quality throughout the development process
• Identify and document bugs with detailed, reproducible steps early in the development cycle
• Monitor test results, analyze failures, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies
• Champion shift-left testing practices and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
• Mentor junior team members and promote quality engineering best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation
• Strong expertise with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of REST API testing, SQL, and performance testing fundamentals
• Experience working in fast-paced product companies or high-scale B2C/E-commerce environments
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and test management tools (TestRail, JIRA, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Mobile automation testing experience (Android/iOS)
• Knowledge of security and performance testing frameworks
• Understanding of microservices architecture and associated testing challenges
